The Western Hotel & Guesthouse

The Western Hotel & Guesthouse is run by a super friendly local couple and for price, location, and amenities is one of the best values in San Ignacio Belize.

They are located on Burns Ave. (The main Street) but are 2 blocks down so you don't get the noise and what not from the town center. They have WiFi, private bathrooms with hot and cold water, cable, a kitchen and A/C or fan rooms. You'll also find a grocery store right across the street. Walking-wise you can get to everything in town in 5min or less.

The Belmoral Hotel

The New Belmoral Hotel is family owned , it's pretty much in the dead center of San Ignacio Town and the hotel has 11 rooms with private baths, hot and cold water and 3 rooms with A/C. The hotel's motto is, "Home away from Home." Rates are 35bz to 65bz, flexible, depending on time of year.

The Casa Blanca Guest House

Casa Blanca is as much a hotel as it is a guest house. They have 8 rooms, with private bathrooms, hot and cold water, cable and your choice of fan or A/C. There is a nice lounge area, access to a kitchenette, and a nice balcony overlooking Burns Ave.. It's smack dab in the middle of town. The hotel was awarded "best small hotel of the year, 2003" by the BTB. Rooms are 40bz to 100bz.

Central 'Otel

Central 'Otel has a couple of advantages. First off, it's one of the two cheapest hotels in town. The second is that this hotel is right on the main strip. The hotel has shared hot showers, as well as a patio overlooking the main street of San Ignacio, Belize. It's the only hotel in town where you can sit in a hammock and sift through Belizean tour information. Double Rooms are 25bz per night. As an added note, Easy Rider horse back riding is located downstairs if you are up for a bit of equestrian fun.

Hi-Et Guesthouse

The Hi-Et was converted from a family home to a hotel in 1978. Its a block off the main street of San Ignacio Belize, so it's a little quieter. If you are a goer-outer, there is something of a curfew. Upstairs in this traditional, wooden colonial building are 5 rooms with shared bath, fan, and hot/cold water. Rates for this side of the hotel are $25bz/night. There is an adjoining building with five rooms that have private bath and hot/cold water. Rates are $40bz for rooms with one double bed and $50bz for rooms with two beds.

Plaza Hotel

The Plaza is located at 5A Burns Ave. All rooms have hot/cold water and TV. Rates for rooms are as follows: Single Regular - $40bz, Single w/ A/C - $80bz, Double regular - $55bz, Double w/ A/C - $80bz, Triple Regular - $65bz.

Rolson's Hotel

Rolson's in both a hotel and great restaurant. Rolson's Hotel is a little out of the town center on the side of a hill, giving it a tough to beat view of San Ignacio, Santa Elena, and even out to Spanish Lookout.
The hotel rooms come complete with fridges, fans, hot water, wi-fi and safe deposit boxes. Rolson's also offers laundry services, room service, a concierge and they can even help you book tours. Rooms are 110bz - 180bz.

Rosa's Hotel

Rosa's Hotel has been in business for 25 years. You'll have clean rooms, wifi and a free continental breakfast. You have the option a room with A/C and cable or a room with a fan. All rooms have private bathrooms and hot water. Most rooms have multiple beds. The owner/manager lives on site and there is always someone available 24/7.

The Tropicool Hotel

The Tropicool Hotel and Gift Shop offers two types of accommodations. Private cabins with TV, fridge, Elect. Kettle, hot/cold showers, veranda and parking. Private rooms with shared bathroom and lounge. There is also a large garden area where you can do your laundry, read, and look at the parrots who live on site.

The Venus Hotel

They have 34 single and double rooms with private or shared baths. All rooms have fans. Rooms with A/C are also available. Prices range from 27-64bz.
